I. Basic rules in the KRNAP territory

LIMITATIONS SET FORTH BY THE NATURE AND LANDSCAPE PROTECTION ACT No. 114/1992 Coll.

In the territory of KRNAP, everyone is obliged to:
► when moving on other people's land, including movement on roads, paths and footpaths, marked cycle paths, rest areas, campsites and in gazebos outside the built-up areas of municipalities, take care of your personal safety or the safety of persons entrusted to you and adapt your actions to the state of the natural environment on these lands and to the dangers usual in nature.
§ 63 ZOPK; § 19 paragraph 2 of the Forestry Act

The following is prohibited on the entire territory of KRNAP:
► set off fireworks or use fireworks,
► fly in violation of the conditions established in a measure of a general nature issued pursuant to another legal regulation.
§ 16 paragraph 1 ZOPK

The following is prohibited on the territory of KRNAP outside the built-up areas of municipalities and buildable areas of municipalities:
► collect minerals, plants or capture animals,
► ride a bike or horse off roads, local roads and places reserved by the nature protection authority,
► enter and stay with motor vehicles and caravans off roads, local roads and places reserved by the nature protection authority,
► engage in mountain climbing, river rafting or other water sports outside the places reserved by the nature protection authority,
► camp and make fires outside the places reserved by the nature protection authority,
► operate pilotless aircraft or model aircraft.
§ 16 paragraph 2 ZOPK

The following is prohibited in KRNAP quiet areas:
► move outside the paths or routes reserved by the nature protection authority.
§  17 ZOPK

RESTRICTIONS SET FORTH BY THE HUNTING ACT No. 449/2001 Coll.

Is prohibited:
► scare animals in any way,
► disturb animals when nesting and laying young,
► damage or destroy salt marshes, watering holes, facilities for feeding, observing and hunting game and other hunting facilities,
► during the hunt, let domestic animals run freely outside the influence of their owner

LIMITATIONS SET FORTH BY THE FORESTS ACT No. 289/1995 Coll.

Everyone has the right to enter the forest at his own risk, he is obliged not to damage the forest, not to disturb the forest environment, to follow the instructions of the owner or lessee of the forest and his employees.

The following are prohibited in forests:
► disturb the peace and quiet,
► ride skis or sleds outside forest paths and marked routes,
► smoke,
► throw burning or smoldering objects,
► pollute the forest with waste and garbage,
► collect forest fruits in a way that damages the forest,
► enter places fenced off or marked with no entry,
► enter stands where timber is harvested, handled or transported.
